Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in personal injury law. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a demanding caseload from inception through trial.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses).
• Conduct legal research and fact investigations.
• Manage case files and coordinate scheduling for depositions, hearings, and other proceedings.
• Assist with trial preparation (organizing exhibits, creating witness binders).
• Review, analyze, and summarize medical records and deposition transcripts.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a litigation paralegal, specifically in personal injury law.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and court rules.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
